Correction

    In notice document 95-16402 beginning on page 35047 in the issue of 
Wednesday, July 5, 1995, make the following correction:
    On page 35048, in the first column, in the last paragraph, 
beginning in the ninth line, ``[thirty days after the publicatin date 
of this notice in the FEDERAL REGISTER].'' should read ``August 4, 
1995.''
