Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; 
Demilitarization

AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: This extends the public comment period for the proposed rule 
concerning Demilitarization that the Department of Defense published on 
June 5, 1997 (62 FR 30832). The end of the comment period is extended 
from August 4, 1997 to August 15, 1997.

DATES: Comments on the proposed rule should be submitted in writing to 
the address shown below on or before August 15, 1997, to be considered 
in the formulation of a final rule.
