ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), a bureau of the U.S. 
Department of the Interior, is, and intends to continue, using the logo 
shown below on its products and on literature describing its services, 
and hereby gives notice that unauthorized use or duplication of said 
mark is prohibited under Title 18, Section 701, of the United States 
Code.
