United Federal Savings Association of Iowa, Des Moines, Iowa; 
Replacement of Conservator With a Receiver

    Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority contained in 
Subdivision (C) of section 5(d)(2) of the Home Owners' Loan Act, the 
Office of the Thrift Supervision has duly replaced the Resolution Trust 
Corporation as Conservator United Federal Savings Association of Iowa, 
Des Moines, Iowa (``Association''), with the Resolution Trust 
Corporation as sole Receiver for the Association on June 24, 1994.
