Correction

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Correction to final rule.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a typographical error in the EFFECTIVE 
DATE line of the preamble for the final rule in this proceeding 
concerning Fisheries Off West Coast States and in the Western Pacific, 
published on July 2, 1996 (61 FR 34570).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
    In the final rule document 96-16234 beginning on page 34570 in the 
issue of Tuesday, July 2, 1996, make the following correction:
    On page 34570, in the first column under the EFFECTIVE DATE 
heading, the citation ``50 CFR 600.53'' is corrected to read ``50 CFR 
660.53''.
