AGENCY: Minority Business Development Agency, Commerce.

ACTION: Amendment.

SUMMARY: The Minority Business Development Agency is revising the 
announcement to solicit competitive applications under its Minority 
Business Development Center (MBDC) Program to operate the Corpus 
Christi MBDC. The revised closing date for the Corpus Christi MBDC 
application is July 29, 1996. This solicitation was originally 
published in the Federal Register, Wednesday, June 12, 1996, Vol. 61,
