Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Compliance Filing

July 7, 1994.
    Take notice that on July 5, 1994, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing, under protest 
certain revised tariff sheets to First Revised Volume No. 1 and 
Original Volume Nos. 1-A, 1-B and 2 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that the revised tariff sheets were filed in 
compliance with the Commission's ``Order Affirming in Part and 
Reversing in Part Initial Decision'' issued May 3, 1994 in Docket Nos. 
RP89-34-000, RP89-257-000 and RP90-2-000 and the Commission's ``Notice 
of Extension of Time'' issued May 24, 1994 in Docket Nos. RP89-34-009, 
RP89-257-002 and RP90-2-012 as more fully described in the filing.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All such 
protests should be filed on or before July 14, 1994. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of the filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
