Pennzoil Gas Marketing Company, Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization To Import and Export Natural Gas From and To Canada and 
Mexico

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting Pennzoil Gas Marketing 
Company blanket authorization to import and export up to a combined 
total of 80 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas from and to Canada, 
and to import and export up to a combined total of 80 Bcf of natural 
gas from and to Mexico, over a two-year term beginning on the date of 
first import or export.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs docket room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, DC 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
