ACTION: Proposed rule; re-opening of public comment period.

visitor service authorizations. This rulemaking, the substance of which
was printed as a proposed rule on April 25, 1995 (60 FR 20374), extends
the comment period for another 60 days to allow additional review and
comment by interested groups and persons.

ADDRESSES: Comments should be addressed to Regional Director, Alaska
