Florida; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Florida, (FEMA-1223-DR), dated June 18, 1998, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: June 23, 1998.

FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT: Madge Dale, Response and Recovery

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster for the State 
of Florida, is hereby amended to include reimbursement for the eligible 
costs associated with the pre-staging of Emergency Management 
Assistance Compact fire suppression assets in the State of Florida.

are to be used for reporting and drawing funds: 83.537, Community
