    Columbia Gulf Transmission Co.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
    Tariff
    
    July 8, 1994.
        Take notice that on July 1, 1994, Columbia Gulf Transmission 
    Company (Columbia Gulf) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
    Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff 
    sheets to be effective August 1, 1994:
    
    First Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 018
    Second Revised Sheet No. 018A
    First Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 019
    Second Revised Sheet No. 019A
    
        Columbia Gulf states that these tariff sheets are being filed to 
    revise the retainage factors applicable to its transportation services 
    in accordance with Section 33 of the General Terms and Conditions of 
    its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, which allows Columbia 
    Gulf to periodically adjust its retainage factors.
        Columbia Gulf states that copies of its filing has been mailed to 
    all jurisdictional customers and affected state regulatory commissions.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
    20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules 
    of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such 
    motions or protests should be filed on or before July 15, 1994. 
    Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
    appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
    parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
    file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for public inspection.
