Northern Border Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

July 10, 1995.
    Take notice that on July 6, 1995, Northern Border Pipeline Company 
(Northern Border) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute First Revised Sheet 
Number 277.
    Northern Border states that the filing is in compliance with the 
Commission's order, issued June 28, 1995, in the above-referenced 
docket. Northern Border further states that the June 28 Order required 
Northern Border to revise its tariff language to conform with Order 
577-A.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street 
NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 211 of the 
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.211. All such 
protests should be filed on or before July 17, 1995. Protests will be 
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to 
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file and available for public 
inspection.
