ANR Pipeline Co.; Notice of Refund Report

July 10, 1995.
    Take notice that on April 28, 1995, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission 
(Commission) a report summarizing refunds disbursed on March 29, 1995. 
These refunds represent an overcollection on its Gas Inventory Charge 
of $45,131,941, plus $4,433,988 in interest. The Commission previously 
approved the principle amount and its allocation among customers. ANR 
Pipeline Company, 70 FERC para. 61,236 (1995).
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211). All 
such protests should be filed on or before July 17, 1995. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection.
