ACTION: Notice of Availability.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the 
National Environmental Policy Act (Public Law 91-190) and its 
implementing regulations 40 CFR parts 1500-1508 and the provisions of 
Section 2 of the Act of September 28, 1976, U.S.C. 1901 et seq. and its 
implementing regulations 36 CFR part 9, subpart A, Denali National Park 
has prepared an Environmental Assessment for appraisal sampling 
operations on the Caribou Howtay Association #1 unpatented mining 
claim.
