    Summary: The Commission will consider a document that would make spectrum in bands above 24 GHz available for flexible use wireless services, including for next-generation, or 5G, networks and technologies.
    2Wireline CompetitionTitle: Technology Transitions (GN Docket No. 13-5); USTelecom Petition for Declaratory Ruling that Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers Are Non-Dominant in the Provision of Switched Access Services (WC Docket No. 13-3); Policies and Rules Governing Retirement of Copper Loops by Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (RM-11358).
    Summary: The Commission will consider a document that adopts a framework to guide transitions to next-generation communications technologies while protecting the interests of consumers and competition.

    Summary: The Commission will consider a Memorandum Opinion and Order concerning the application for review filed by William J. Kirsch regarding a decision of the International Bureau's fee estimate for processing his Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
