    Take notice that a technical conference has been scheduled for 
Wednesday, August 10, 1994, at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at 
the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First 
Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, to discuss Southern California Gas 
Company's filing in this proceeding.
