[Docket No. RP96-175-002]
Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC
Gas Tariff
July 9, 1996.
Take notice that on July 2, 1996, Williams Natural Gas Company
(WNG) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second
Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective April 13, 1996:
Second Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 6B
Second Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 250A
Second Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 250B
WNG states that on April 24, 1996, it filed tariff sheets in
compliance with Commission order issued April 9, 1996, in the above
referenced docket. By letter order issued June 17, 1996, the Commission
rejected the tariff sheets for noncompliance with the April 9, 1996
order. The June 17, 1996 order directed WNG to refile within 15 days of
the date of the order, reflecting that WNG would assess a zero fuel
charge for all transportation backhauls between the specified receipt
and delivery points. The instant filing is being made to reflect this
tariff change. The tariff changes also clarify that the minimum percent
for the production area is as provided in Article 13.3.
WNG states that a copy of its filing was served on all participants
listed on the service list maintained by the Commission in the docket
referenced above and on all jurisdictional customers and interested
state commission.
Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE.,
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as
provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
Lois D. Cashell,
Secretary.
