Correction

    In rule document 96-14878 appearing on page 29645 in the issue of 
Wednesday, June 12, 1996 make the following corrections:


Sec. 71.1  [Corrected]

    In the second column, in Sec. 71.1, in the last paragraph:
    (a) Fourteen lines from the bottom ``46 deg.20'00''N'' should read 
``46 deg.29'00''N''.
    (b) Twelve lines from the bottom ``104 deg.31'00''W; to lat. 
46 deg.37'00''N, long.'' was incorrectly repeated.
