    Take notice that on July 2, 1999, pursuant to section 365.7 of the 
Commission's regulations, 18 CFR 365.7, the Trust Created Under the 
Agreement Dated As Of June 15, 1978 For the Use and Benefit of PSEG 
Resources Inc., Sanwa Bank California, Trustee, filed notification that 
it surrenders its status as an exempt wholesale generator under section 
32(a)(1) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, as amended.
