E4-1584. Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Tariff Filing

Take notice that on July 2, 2004, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, Sixth Revised Sheet No. 319, to become effective August 1, 2004.

Transco states that the purpose of the instant filing is to update this Delivery Point Entitlement (DPE) tariff sheet in accordance with the provisions of section 9.1(f) and 19.2(f) of the General Terms and Conditions of Transco's Third Revised Volume No. 1 Tariff.

Transco states that copies of the filing are being mailed to its affected customers and interested state commissions.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
