    Notice of Realty Action; Non-Competitive Sale of Public Land, 
    Carbon County, Utah
    
    AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management, Interior.
    
    ACTION: Notice of Realty Action, sale of public land in Carbon County, 
    Utah.
    
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    
    SUMMARY: The following described parcel of public land had been 
    examined and found suitable for disposal by sale utilizing non-
    competitive sales procedures (43 CFR 2711.3-3), at no less than the 
    fair market value. Authority for the sale is section 203 of the Federal 
    Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (90 stat. 2750; 43 U.S.C. 1713).
    
    Salt Lake Meridian, Utah
    
    T. 15 S., R. 13 E.,
    Section 10, lot 3 (portions thereof)
    
        Containing 19.878 acres more or less.
    
        The land will not be offered for sale until at least 60 days after 
    the date of publication of this notice in the Federal Register. This 
    land is being offered as a direct non-competitive sale to the City of 
    East Carbon. The parcel is not required for any Federal purpose or 
    program. Sale of the parcel is consistent with current BLM land use 
    planning and would be in the public interest.
        THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE SALE ARE:
        1. All valid existing rights documented on the official public land 
    records at the time of conveyance issuance.
        2. A reservation to the United States of all mineral deposits, 
    together with the right to prospect for, mine, and remove such deposits 
    under applicable law and such regulations as the Secretary of the 
    Interior may prescribe.
        3. A reservation to the United States for rights-of-way for ditches 
    and canals under the Act of August 20, 1890 (26 Stat. 391; 43 U.S.C. 
    945).
        Upon publication of this notice in the Federal Register the lands 
    will be segregated from all forms of appropriation under the public 
    land laws including the mining laws, except the mineral leasing laws. 
    The segregative effect will end upon issuance of a patent or other 
    document of conveyance, or two hundred seventy (270) days from the date 
    of this publication, whichever occurs first.
        Comments: For a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of 
    publication of this notice in the Federal Register, interested parties 
    may submit comments to the Moab District Manager, Bureau of Land 
    Management, P.O. Box 970, Moab, Utah 84532. In the absence of any 
    objections, this realty action will become the final determination of 
    the Department of the Interior.
