AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Change of dates of public meetings.

SUMMARY: The agenda for the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's 
Summer Flounder Monitoring Committee, Scup Monitoring Committee, Black 
Sea Bass Monitoring Committee, and Bluefish Monitoring Committee 
meeting was published on July 8, 1999. See SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION 
for revision to the meetings.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The initial agenda was published in the 
Federal Register on July 8, 1999 (64 FR 36857). The following revisions 
are to be made.
    The DATES caption is corrected to read as follows:
    On July 27, 1999 the Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will begin 
meeting at 10:00 a.m. The Scup Monitoring Committee will meet from 
2:00-5:00 p.m. On July 28, 1999, the Summer Flounder Monitoring 
Committee will meet from 8:00 a.m. until noon. The Bluefish Monitoring 
Committee will meet from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
    All other information remains unchanged.
