SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Alaska (FEMA-1843-DR), dated June 11, 2009, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of Alaska is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of June 11, 2009.

Lower Yukon Regional Educational Attendance Area (REAA) for Individual Assistance.

Yupiit REAA for Individual Assistance (already designated for Public Assistance).

Lower Yukon REAA for Public Assistance.

Yukon-Koyukuk REAA for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance).
