    AGENCY: Bureau of Land Management.
    
    ACTION: Segregation Extension.

    SUMMARY: AZA-29074. Pursuant to section 209 of the Federal Land Policy 
    and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1719), the segregation on the 
    following lands is extended for W.J. and Betty Lo Wells, for the 
    mineral estate described as follows:
    
    Gila and Salt River Meridian, Arizona

        Upon publication of this notice in the Federal Register, the 
    mineral interest described above will be segregated from the mining and 
    mineral leasing laws. The segregation shall terminate upon issuance of 
    a patent, upon final rejection of the application, or two years from 
    the publication date, whichever occurs first.
