Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

July 12, 1995.
    Take notice that on July 7, 1995, Williston Basin Interstate 
Pipeline Company (Williston Basin), tendered for filing a revised 
tariff sheet to Second Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
    Williston Basin states that, in accordance with the Commission's 
June 29, 1995 Order, the revised tariff sheet reflects the continuation 
of the currently effective one-part volumetric rate structure for 
service under Rate Schedule ST-1.
    Williston Basin has requested that the Commission accept this 
filing to become effective July 1, 1995.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Rule 211 of 
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR

385.211). All such protests should be filed on or before July 19, 1995. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceeding. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
Commission and are available for public inspection.
