AGENCY: Department of Defense.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document removes the Department of Defense's rule
concerning release of information from medical records. The part has
served the purpose for which it was intended for the Code of Federal
Regulations, and is no longer necessary.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 18, 1996.
