    In rule document 03-16918 beginning on page 39854 in the issue of 
Thursday, July 3, 2003 make the following corrections:


PART 1005  [Corrected]

    1. On page 39856, in the second column, in the table of contents, 
``1005.202 Definitions.'' should read ``1005.202 Exceptions.''.


Sec. 1005.202  [Corrected]

    2. On the same page, in the same column, under Subpart 1005.2--
Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, the section heading should read 
as set forth above.
