Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Kinetic Concepts, Inc., of San 
Antonio, Texas 78230-4726, has applied for an exclusive license to 
practice the invention protected by U.S. Patent No. 4,363,242, entitled 
``PULSED PHASE LOCKED LOOP STRAIN MONITOR,'' which was issued on 
December 14, 1982, and U.S. Patent No. 5,214,955, entitled ``CONSTANT 
FREQUENCY PULSED PHASE-LOCKED LOOP MEASURING DEVICE,'' which was issued 
on June 1, 1993, both to the United States of America as represented by 
the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. 
Written objections to the prospective grant of a license should be sent 
to Mr. George F. Helfrich, Patent Counsel, Langley Research Center.
