AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Zia
Broadcasting Company, proposing the allotment of Channel 294A to
Borger, Texas, as the community's second local FM service. Channel 294A
can be allotted to Borger in compliance with the Commission's minimum
distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site
restriction. The coordinates for Channel 294A at Borger are 35-39-24
and 101-23-36.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 6, 1994, and reply
comments on or before September 21, 1994.

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
