summary: The Advisory Council was established in December 1993 to 
advise and assist the Secretary of Commerce in the implementation of 
the management plan for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

time and place: July 29, 1994 from 9:00 until 4:30. the meeting 
location will be at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, 
California. The morning session will be in Spanagle Hall, Room 101A, 
and the afternoon session will be in Glasgow Hall, Room 102.

agenda: General issues related to the Monterey Bay National Marine 
Sanctuary are expected to be discussed.

public participation: The meeting will be open to the public. Seats 
will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
