ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted
to the Office of Management and Budget the following public information
collection requirements for review and clearance in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35.
DATES: Comments on this information collection must be submitted on or
before September 19, 1994.

Title: National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program
Application for Admission
Abstract: FEMA Form 95-22, National Fire Academy Executive Fire
Officer Program Application for Admission, is used by senior level
executive fire officers to apply to the Executive Fire Officer Program.
FEMA uses the application form to select the best qualified applicants
for admission to the program.
The program is offered by FEMA's United States Fire Administration,
National Fire Academy. Applicants selected to the program will complete
four senior level courses over a four-year period.
Type of Respondents: Individuals or households, State and local
governments.
Estimate of Total Annual Reporting and Recordkeeping Burden: 300
hours.
Number of Respondents: 300.
Estimated Average Burden Time per Response: 1 hour.
Frequency of Response: On occasion.
