Final Determination That the Mohegan Tribe of Indians of 
Connecticut, Does Exist as an Indian Tribe

AGENCY: Bureau of Indian Affairs, Interior.

ACTION: Correction to notice.

SUMMARY: In the above mentioned notice published in the Federal 
Register issue of March 15, 1994, pages 12140-12141, the title of the 
notice reads incorrectly. ``Inc.'' should not be a part of the title, 
or included in any part of the notice. The title should be corrected to 
read as follows: Final Determination That The Mohegan Tribe of Indians 
of Connecticut, Does Exist as an Indian Tribe.
