Equitrans, L.P.; Notice Rescheduling Informal Settlement 
Conference

July 14, 1998.
    Take notice that the information settlement conference scheduled to 
convene in this proceeding on Wednesday, July 15, 1998, at 10:00 a.m., 
has been canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 1998, at 
10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 
888 First Street, N.E., Washington, DC, 20426, for the purpose of 
reviewing the draft settlement documents in the above-referenced 
dockets.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b), is invited to attend. Persons wishing to 
become a party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status 
pursuant to the Commissions' regulations (18 CFR 385.214).
