AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of New York (FEMA-1222-DR), dated June 16, 1998, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 2, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that in a letter
dated July 2, 1998, the President amended his previous declaration to
