    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Topaz 
    Enterprises, Inc. proposing the allotment of Channel 283A to 
    Stevensville, Montana, as that community's first local broadcast 
    service. The channel can be allotted to Stevensville without a site 
    restriction at coordinates 46-30-24 and 114-05-18. Canadian concurrence 
    will be requested for this allotment.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before August 31, 1998, and reply 
    comments on or before September 15, 1998.

        Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
