    SUMMARY: The Commission requests comments on an Order to Show Cause 
    issued to KRIG, Inc. as to why its license for Station KRIG, Nowata, 
    Oklahoma, should not be modified to specify operation on Channel 285A.

    to Show Cause, MM Docket No. 94-100, adopted July 6, 1995, and released

        Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980 do not apply
