Suspension of Customs Broker License

AGENCY: U.S. Customs Service, Department of the Treasury.

ACTION: General Notice.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that on March 6, 1995, the Secretary of 
the Treasury, pursuant to Section 1641, Tariff Act of 1930, as amended 
(19 U.S.C. 1641), and Part 111.52 of the Customs Regulations, as 
amended (19 CFR 111.52), ordered the suspension of Customs broker 
license (No. 7749) issued to Eduardo Gonzales-Ferreras. The suspension 
will last a period of twenty (20) years.
