amended (5 U.S.C. Appendix 2), notice is hereby given of the following 
National Institute of Child Health and Human Development Special 
Emphasis Panel (SEP) meeting:

    Name of SEP: Growth and Development of the Nervous System: 
Molecular Mechanisms.
    Date: August 5-6, 1997.
