Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council; Public Meetings

AGENCY: National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Oceanic and 
Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council will convene a 
public meeting of its Ad Hoc Red Snapper Advisory Panel on August 8, 
1994, from 1:00 p.m until 5:00 p.m and August 9, 1994, from 8:00 a.m. 
until 4:00 p.m. to review a preliminary draft of Reef Fish Amendment 8 
which contains alternatives for limited access systems for the 
commercial red snapper fishery, including Individual Transferable 
Quotas.
    The meeting will be held at the Radisson Inn New Orleans Airport, 
2150 Veterans Memorial Boulevard, Kenner, LA.
