Action: Notice of decommissioning.

Summary: Notice is hereby given that on or about July 29, 1994, the 
Airport Traffic Control Tower at Plainview, Texas, will be 
decommissioned. This information will be reflected in the FAA 
Organization Statement the next time it is issued.
