AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Wagonwheel Communications
Corporation, allots Channel 268C at Green River, Wyoming, as the
community's first local aural transmission service. See 61 FR 15442,
March 8, 1996. Channel 268C can be allotted to Green River in
compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation
requirements at city reference coordinates. The coordinates for Channel
268C at Green River are North Latitude 41-31-36 and West Longitude 109-
28-06. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
DATES: Effective August 26, 1996. The window period for filing
applications will open on August 26, 1996, and close on September 26,
1996.
