summary: The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy will meet on 
July 22 in Room 600, 301 4th Street, SW, Washington, DC, from 9:00 to 
10:00 a.m.
    At the 9:00 a.m. the Commission will meet with Ms. Jan Brambilla, 
Director, Office of Human Resources, USIA, and Mr. Jim Nealon, Foreign 
Service Personnel, USIA, to discuss Foreign Service personnel ``cones'' 
and public diplomacy specialists.
