ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 37 CFR 404.6 announcement is made of the 
availability for licensing of U.S. Pending Provisional Patent 
Application 
60/102,144, entitled: Environmental Material Ticket Reader (EMTR) and 
Environmental Material Ticket (EMT)'' filed September 29, 1998 and 
assigned to the United States Government as represented by the 
Secretary of the Army.
