Notice of Meeting of Joint Planning Advisory Group

AGENCY: Maritime Administration, DOT.

    On July 10-11, 1996, the Maritime Administration and the United 
States Transportation Command, Co-Chairs of the Joint Planning Advisory 
Group (Group), hosted a meeting of the Group to discuss contingency 
movements and to start the process of developing concepts of operations 
through the application of VISA sealift capacity. The meeting was 
closed to the public because material presented dealt with information 
for official use only.
