Assistance for Bosnia and Herzegovina

                Memorandum for the Secretary of State

                Pursuant to section 2 of Public Law 104-122 (``the 
                Act''), I hereby determine and certify that the 
                aggregate bilateral contributions pledged by non-United 
                States donors for economic revitalization are at least 
                equivalent to the U.S. bilateral contributions for 
                economic revitalization made by the Act and in Public 
                Law 104-107.

                You are authorized and directed to transmit this 
                determination to the appropriate committees of the 
                Congress and to arrange for its publication in the 
                Federal Register.
