Texas Gas Transmission Corporation; Notice of Technical 
Conference

July 17, 1997.
    In the Commission's order issued May 29, 1997, (79 FERC para. 
61,257) the Commission held that the filing in the above captioned 
proceeding raise issues that should be addressed in a technical 
conference.
    Take notice that the technical conference will be held on Thursday 
August 28, 1997, at 10:00 a.m., in a room to be designated at the 
offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, 
N.E., Washington D.C. 20426. All interested parties and Staff are 
permitted to attend.
