AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Fred R.
Morton, Jr. proposing the allotment of Channel 242A at Iowa Park,
Texas. The channel can be allotted to Iowa Park in compliance with the
Commission's spacing requirements at coordinates 34-01-27 NL and 98-41-
14 WL. There is a site restriction 8.3 kilometers (5.2 miles) north of
the community.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 7, 1999, and reply
comments on or before September 22, 1999.

of Proposed Rule Making, MM Docket No. 99-258, adopted July 7, 1999,

Provisions of the Regulatory Flexibility Act of l980 do not apply
