Certain Hot-Rolled Lead and Bismuth Carbon Steel Products From 
the United Kingdom; Extension of Time Limit for Countervailing Duty 
Administrative Review

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of Extension of Time Limit for Countervailing Duty 
Administrative Review.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the 
time limit for final results of the third administrative review of the 
countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon 
steel products from the United Kingdom to no later than October 6, 
1997. This extension is made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as 
amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (the Act).

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 24, 1997.

POSTPONEMENT: Under section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, the Department may 
extend the deadline for completion of an administrative review if it 
determines that it is not practicable to complete the final results of 
the review within the statutory time limit of 120 days after the 
publication of the preliminary results in the Federal Register. The 
Department finds that it is not practicable to complete the final 
results of the calendar year 1995 administrative review of certain hot-
rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the United Kingdom 
within this time limit. See Memorandum to the Acting Assistant 
Secretary for Import Administration dated July 9, 1997 (public 
document, on file in the Central Records Unit, Room B-099 of the Main 
Commerce Building).
    In accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, the Department 
will extend the time for completion of the final results of this review 
from August 5, 1997 to no later than October 6, 1997.
