    SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition filed by Russell 
    L. Lindley, proposing the allotment of Channel 230A to Lufkin, Texas. 
    The channel can be allotted to Lufkin without a site restriction at 
    coordinates 31-20-48 and 94-43-30.
    
    DATES: Comments must be filed on or before September 8, 1998, and reply 
    comments on or before September 23, 1998.
