Take notice that on July 1, 2002, Delano Energy Company, Inc., (Delano) filed pursuant to section 205 of the Federal Power Act is Interim Energy Purchase Agreement with the California Department of Water Resources, dated at of March 29, 2002, and it Interim Energy Purchase Agreement the California Department of Water Resources, dated as of December 2001.
